in the air
On stage, one body moves through an artificial landscape, caught somewhere between the desire to connect and the difficulty of truly reaching someone. It wanders, listens, searches, gets overwhelmed, tries again.
What happens when we allow ourselves to really feel?
Can we still be touched, moved, surprised?
in the air is a new performance by Anne-Mareike Hess about the desire to feel something deeply — to be touched, moved and connected in a world that constantly demands our attention.
